This post by The Real Estate Bloggers had me chuckling. It’s a pretty ingenious method to sell your home. I haven’t tried it, but I’m considering the option, if given the choice.
My lawn sits in shambles right now. A by-product of summer heat and fall laziness. My neighbor on the other hand, had the forsight to plan a rye seed over his bermuda about October, and therefore has an enviable lawn. The only drawback, he’s mowing it every two weeks.
I think his option may be the better alternative, although for $150, this seems like a viable option. I always favor fescue though, so come spring, my lawn will be back in action. Anyone have any suggestions for plants to go in a front planter box that gets flooded and dug into by the squirrels?
